Athletics @ Saint Paul

At Saint Paul we consider sports to be an integral part of the mission of the school and the formation of our young men and women. Participation on a team teaches students the value of cooperation, sacrifice and sportsmanship and provides opportunities for the development and exercise of leadership skills. We strive for excellence in every sport, and often achieve it, and we teach our athletes to be magnanimous and charitable in victory. In parallel, when our athletes are not victorious, we impart to them that one of the true benefits of participating is in the effort and the journey, and that losing gracefully builds the kind of character that will serve them for the rest of their lives.
